STATE BAR R. art. X, § 9). After conducting a separate hearing to determine the appropriate disciplinary measures, the trial court ordered that Skelton be disbarred. In fourteen points of error, Skelton challenges the trial courts grant of summary judgment and the trial courts determination of sanctions. We affirm.
